Rather than operating as a traditional consultancy, it is a small, highly specialised boutique advisory working directly with C-suite executives at a select group of clients, from its Berlin office. Maximilian Hoffmann
Maximilian Hoffmann is the founder of a7 Relations and President & CEO of the Foreign Council On Economic Relations (since 2022). He previously served as Executive Chairman and Secretary-General of the Foreign Council On Economic Relations, Deputy Spokesperson of the Executive Board of the Alliance of Associations, Secretary-General of the Federal Business Associations of Germany and the Gulf Cooperation Council, Chairman of German Partner, and Member of the Board of Directors of the Federal Association of German Business in Ukraine.
Alexander Kulitz
Alexander Kulitz is Partner & CEO of a7 Relations, Co-Chair of the Foreign Council On Economic Relations, and a former Member of the German Bundestag (FDP, 2017–2021), where he served on the Foreign Affairs Committee and as Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Group for Relations with the ASEAN States. He is a third-generation owner of the family business ESTA Apparatebau GmbH & Co. KG and a former Federal Chairman of the Junior Chamber of Commerce Germany (WJD).
